To report Sexual Misconduct to UBC’s Director of Investigations under Policy SC17: Sexual Misconduct, all you need to do is fill out the online form below.

UBC’s Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office (SVPRO) is available to support you to complete this form. SVPRO is a safe and confidential place for students, faculty and staff who have experienced sexual misconduct, regardless of when or where it took place.

Retaliation Policy at UBC
“UBC will not tolerate any retaliation as defined in the Retaliation Policy (SC18), direct or indirect,
against anyone making, or involved in, a Disclosure, a Report, or an Investigation. Allegations of
retaliation will be addressed pursuant to the Retaliation Policy (SC18). ” (Policy SC17, s1.9)
